That depends entirely on which modifications are to be made to your vehicle. For example, a software update can take several hours and is therefore very time-consuming. So that you can plan your time better, we will be happy to inform you of the time required as soon as we have received an inquiry from you with details of all the desired modifications. Please note that this information is only an estimate: It is always possible that something was incorrectly or incorrectly coded, programmed, wired, etc. in your vehicle in the past. We can only determine such circumstances when you are on site with your vehicle.

Payment for our services is usually made at your appointment with us. Please note that we cash payments only accept and no card payment possible is. If we have to order special parts for the modifications to your vehicle that we do not have in stock and that are so specific that we cannot easily sell them to other customers in the event of your cancellation, a deposit of approx. 100 euros. Even if you want to retrofit a navigation device, we require this deposit in advance. This has to do with the fact that we program the device to the chassis number of your vehicle even before installation, reserve it for you accordingly and cannot easily sell it to other customers should you spontaneously decide against installing it.
